At Suave, we believe better sleep takes time. That’s why every Suave mattress includes a 100-Night Sleep Trial, giving you the opportunity to experience your mattress in the comfort of your home.
100-Night Sleep Trial
We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust to the new comfort and support system.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 100 nights of delivery.
Eligible Products
The 100-night sleep trial applies to Suave mattresses only.
The following products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Suave Adjustable Bases
- Aleva Adjustable Bases
- Headboards and headboard accessories
- Pillows and sheets that have been opened or removed from their original packaging
- Delivery, setup, and accessory services
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a mattress return:
- The mattress must be used during the 100-night trial period
- The mattress must be in clean, undamaged condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be initiated within 100 nights of the delivery date
Suave reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of stains, damage, misuse, or unsanitary conditions.
Return Fees
Approved mattress returns are subject to:
- A 20% restocking fee
- Return shipping or pickup costs paid by the customer
These amounts will be deducted from the final refund total.
Refund Processing
Once the returned mattress has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original delivery fees, white glove services, and non-refundable service charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your mattress for a different comfort level or model, our team is happy to help guide you to a better fit. Additional charges may apply depending on the selected model.
