10-Year Warranty

Built on Generations of Mattress-Making Experience

Suave may be a new name in sleep, but the people behind our mattresses are anything but new to making beds. Our manufacturing roots stretch back to the 1970s, and the team behind Suave brings more than 350 years of combined mattress-making experience.

We know what goes into building a mattress that lasts. That's why every Suave mattress is backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty, providing long-term protection against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.

10 Years of Warranty Protection

Years 1–5: Full replacement coverage for qualifying warranty defects.

Years 6–10: Prorated replacement coverage, with the warranty contribution decreasing equally each year toward the purchase of a replacement mattress.

What’s Covered

The 10-Year Limited Warranty begins on the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser of the mattress.

Covered manufacturing defects may include:

  • A visible body impression or sag of 1.5 inches or greater, measured without weight or pressure applied to the mattress, provided it is not caused by an improper or insufficient foundation, base, or bed frame
  • Physical defects that cause the mattress materials to split, crack, or deteriorate under normal residential use
  • Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, seams, or construction
  • Qualifying defects in the mattress support system or components resulting from normal residential use

About Body Impressions

As a mattress breaks in, some settling and softening of the comfort materials is normal. This can create slight impressions where you sleep and does not necessarily indicate a defect.

Under this warranty, a body impression or sag must measure 1.5 inches or greater to qualify for coverage and must not result from an improper or insufficient support system.

How Your 10-Year Coverage Works

Your Suave warranty provides different levels of replacement coverage throughout the 10-year warranty period.

Years 1–5

If your mattress develops a qualifying defect during the first five years, Suave will provide a full replacement mattress, subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Years 6–10

Beginning after the first five years, qualifying warranty claims are covered on a prorated basis. Suave's contribution toward a replacement mattress decreases equally each year through the remainder of the 10-year warranty period, with the customer responsible for the remaining portion of the replacement cost.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty protects against qualifying manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, changes in comfort preference, or damage caused by improper use or care.

The following are not covered:

  • Normal softening or settling of comfort materials
  • Body impressions or sagging measuring less than 1.5 inches
  • Changes in comfort preference or perceived firmness
  • Stains, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or other physical damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, moving, or improper handling
  • Damage or sagging caused by an improper, damaged, or insufficient foundation, adjustable base, or bed frame
  • Mattresses kept in unsanitary conditions
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized seller
  • Mattresses without proof of purchase or required product identification
Please note: Your Suave mattress must be used with a supportive foundation or bed frame appropriate for its size and construction. An inadequate support system may cause sagging or damage that is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your mattress has a covered defect, contact Suave Customer Support. Our team will help you through the warranty review process.

To evaluate your claim, we may request:

  • Your original proof of purchase
  • Your order information
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • Measurements of any body impression or sagging
  • Photos of the mattress and its supporting foundation, adjustable base, or bed frame
  • Additional information reasonably required to verify the warranty claim

Our team will review the information provided and determine whether the mattress qualifies for warranty coverage.

If Your Claim Is Approved

If a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed, your claim will be handled according to the coverage applicable to the year of your 10-Year Limited Warranty.

If your original mattress or model is no longer available, Suave may provide a current model of comparable construction and value for purposes of determining replacement coverage.
