At Suave, we understand that adjusting to a new mattress takes time. That’s why every Suave mattress includes a 100-Night Sleep Trial, giving you the opportunity to experience your mattress in the comfort of your home.

Give Your Body Time to Adjust

A new mattress can feel different during the first few nights — and that’s completely normal.

Your Suave mattress is designed to gradually break in and fully adapt over time. We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 nights before making a comfort decision.

During this adjustment period:

• Your comfort layers begin to soften and contour naturally
• Your body adjusts to improved support and alignment
• Pressure points and sleep posture may change compared to your previous mattress

If you’ve been sleeping on an older mattress for years, your body may already be accustomed to uneven support or worn-out comfort layers. Transitioning to a new sleep system — especially one with a different comfort level or support style — can temporarily affect how your body feels during the adjustment period.

This is a normal part of adapting to a better sleep surface.

What’s Included

The 100-night sleep trial applies to Suave mattresses only.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Adjustable bases
• Aleva bases
• Headboards and headboard accessories
• Pillows and sheets removed from original packaging
• Delivery, setup, and accessory services

 

Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied after your adjustment period, you may request a return within 100 nights of delivery.

To qualify:

• The mattress must be in clean, undamaged condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• The return request must be submitted within the 100-night trial window

Returns showing stains, damage, misuse, or unsanitary conditions may be denied.

Return Fees

Approved mattress returns are subject to:

• A 20% restocking fee
• Customer-paid return shipping or pickup costs

These charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once the returned mattress has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original delivery fees and non-refundable service charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
